The BIM implementation for the modelling and coordination of the 12th October Hospital project has presented several unique characteristics and technological hurdles. One of the primary challenges was the integration of diverse systems and disciplines involved in the construction process, including architecture, structural engineering, MEP systems, and medical equipment planning. Coordinating these elements within the BIM environment required robust collaboration and interoperability among various software platforms and stakeholders.
