The project involved the comprehensive implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for the basic and execution phases of a residential development comprising 198 homes in Zaragoza. Our team modeled, coordinated, and documented the project, ensuring the seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems within the development. Through BIM, we created a detailed digital representation of the entire project, facilitating efficient collaboration among stakeholders, optimizing construction workflows, and enhancing project visualization. Our close coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders ensured that the BIM model accurately reflected the design intent and met the project requirements. Additionally, we generated comprehensive documentation derived from the BIM model to support construction activities, including drawings, schedules, and quantities. The successful completion of this project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality residential developments while maximizing efficiency and minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
