The project involves the comprehensive digitization of an extensive industrial buildings complex spanning over 350,000 square meters in Ciempozuelos, Madrid. Utilizing advanced Scan to BIM techniques, we aim to capture precise data of the existing structures and infrastructure within the complex. This data will then be processed and transformed into a detailed Building Information Model (BIM), serving as the digital model base for the development of a digital twin. The digital twin will replicate the physical assets and systems of the industrial complex in a virtual environment, enabling real-time monitoring, analysis, and optimization of operations and maintenance activities. By digitizing the complex, we enhance decision-making processes, improve efficiency, and maximize the lifecycle value of the industrial assets. Moreover, the digital twin facilitates future planning and development initiatives, ensuring adaptability and resilience in an ever-evolving industrial landscape.
